The current version of the Supervisor Stalwarts Bonus Program is broken down into 4 buckets "so to speak":
FIRST BUCKET = Quality
Q = If the areas you are responsible for DO NOT have a return issued that week you will earn 1 full point for your bucket.
SECOND BUCKET = Run Time
A = If the areas you are responsible for earn over the goal of 65% Run Time you will earn 1 full point for your bucket
THIRD BUCKET = Safety
This bucket is broke down into 4 parts (.25 pts per). You must earn all or none of the bucket to earn it.
1 = Plant Wide, No Recordables
2 = PPE, Area Specific No PPE Violations from your crews
3 = Monthly Production Training, Your teams average Monthly Production Training Scores shall be above 80% to earn this.
4 = shows if you earned the .25 point for the MPT
5 = If your Tool Talk was completed with nyour crews and turned in.
FOURTH BUCKET = 6S
This bucket is broke down into 2 parts (.5 point per). You must earn all or none of the bucket to earn it.
C = Your Areas 6S scores Averaged together (must be 96% or above to earn)
D = Dislays if you earned the C category half point ofr not.
E = Earned if your Tool Talk was completed and turned in
T/PURPLE = The total of all four buckets.
In general on this chart, If the number is highlighted GREEN, you have earned it. If the number is highlighted RED, you have missed the bonus on that category.
