Secondary Assembly Grades

Secondary Assembly is a little different than the "Big 7" printers to achieve a comparable grade. The Big 7 Printers have a comparable 40-ish hrs to create a baseline from while Secondary Assembly often has equipment that doesnt run nearly as consistent. To counter this we use an estimated alloted number of hours to complete their work. This, while not pin point, gives us a better compareable number with the Big 7 so everyone can see their grade.

Description:

A = each area grade (based off the same criteria as the https://myepicppi.com/Metrics/How-are-the-Grades-determined/#wbb1

B = Trying to fit information for 5 machines on one sheet is a challenge. So on this sheet we are using a bar graph. This bar graph shows a plot for Data Recording, Sheets Fed, Overall Grade, Efficiency and Change Over. All percentages are based of their production vs the projcted HRMS goals.

C = Supervisors Average Completed Monthly Training Percentage (First Shift).

D = Each Areas Square Feet Ran.

E = each Area Run Time Hours.

F = Secondary Assembly's Average of 6S, Data & PM Completion

G/PINK = The average of all the Secondary Assembly equipment grades for that week.
