WHAT MAKES UP A GRADE?
Objective: To see a "snapshot" of our crews Key Performance Indicators. These KPI's include not just production (HRMS) numbers but the other factors that encompass the job as a whole. For instance: Data Recording, Preventive Maintenance and the 6S Program. These scores are used strictly as a guide to better understand our teams, their training and areas we can improve both knowledge and further training. No corrective ations are derived form these grades.
1. Squarefeet Ran (divided by) HRMS goal = %
2. Sheets Fed (divided by) HRMS goal = %
3. Jobs Completed (divided by) HRMS goal = %
4. HRMS Efficiency % vs HRMS goal
5. Real Time Changeover = Set Up Time (divided by) Number of Jobs Completed = Ranked vs HRMS goal = %
6. Data Recording = % Average of the data you claimed throughout the week (includes Scrap & Downtime entries)
7. PM Completion Percentage for the week %
8. 6s Score % (both shifts combined)
9. Set up times = % based on Ranked vs other machines & vs 20% Plant Goal
10. Run Time = % based on Ranked vs other machines & vs 65% Plant Goal
11. Downtime = % based on Ranked vs other machines & vs 15% Plant Goal
Total Score is an avergae of all those above percentages. Similar to a teachers grade book.
